Born 1950 in Evesham. Spent all my working life in Birmingham. I trained and qualified as a Management Accountant this was hard work but enjoyable. In 2004 I took voluntary redundancy enabling me to retire early. My husband and I moved to the Mansfield area to be closer to my eldest daughter’s family. I have two daughters and four grandchildren. With more time, I now had the opportunity to follow my interest in art. I joined the Ravenshead Art Society which meets once a week. Then I decided to join Arnold Art Society which has so much to offer artists. I am on the committee, and undertake various tasks, until recently I was the Life Class Co-ordinator The mediums I paint in are watercolour, acrylics and oil. I like painting a wide range of subjects, landscapes, seascapes, floral and portraits. Selling original paintings, prints and cards.
