I renewed my interest in painting sixteen years ago when my son began his art course at school. I had tuition from Nottingham artist Sue Sareen which helped me develop my style and give me confidence to join Arnold Art Society and a few years later The Nottingham Society of Artists. I work mainly from my photos and enjoy colour and texture, my favourite medium being acrylic inks and watercolour. I exhibit at The Arnold Art Society, The Nottingham Society of Artists and local Art Exhibitions.
